How to Get Here
Not sure which option is best for you? No problem! Feel free to contact us anytime, we’re happy to help you find the easiest way to reach us!
Access from Tokyo
You’ve got two great options to reach us by public transport:
By train – Take the Fuji Excursion Limited Express from Shinjuku straight to Kawaguchiko.
Book your seat here (We highly recommend booking early — seats are limited, especially on weekends!)
By highway bus – A comfortable and easy ride from Shinjuku or Shibuya. Reserve your spot here
Whether you choose train or bus, make sure to book your tickets as soon as you confirm your tour, they can sell out quickly, especially during peak travel seasons!
Coming from Kansai Area
Traveling from Kansai to Lake Kawaguchiko requires some time, but the incredible views and experience make it totally worth it!
The best route from Kyoto or Shin-Osaka to Lake Kawaguchiko is by Shinkansen to Mishima Station (2.5h), then a scenic direct bus to Kawaguchiko Station (1h45). More info on the bus here.

Free pickup at Kawaguchiko station
If you're coming by public transport (like the highway bus from Tokyo), we’d be happy to pick you up for free at Kawaguchiko Station — Bus Stop #10.
Pick-up is scheduled at the start time of your slot:
- 6:00 AM for the 6–9 AM tour
- 10:00 AM for the 10 AM–1 PM tour
- 2:00 PM for the 2–5 PM tour
