Terms of service
Driving License
Participants must hold a valid driving license or permit recognized for use in Japan. Driving experience and skills are required. You will be asked to upload a copy of your license before the tour. If you do not yet have your international driving permit, please upload a photo or scan of your domestic (official) license. The international permit must be presented on the day of the tour.
User Information
We will verify your name, address, phone number, and license. A copy of the license will be taken for safety and legal purposes.
Participation Conditions
The company reserves the right to refuse participation if:
- A valid license is not presented, or the user refuses to submit a copy;
- The user is under the influence of alcohol or substances;
- The user is taking medication that causes drowsiness;
- The user behaves violently, aggressively, or unreasonably;
- The company deems the user unfit for the experience.
Insurance
Our vehicles are covered only by Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance (CALI), which covers bodily injury. Property damage, including damage to the vehicle, is not covered. The user is financially responsible for any damage beyond the CALI coverage.

Additionally, in case of any accident, theft, breakdown, or defacement requiring repair or cleaning, you will be charged a deductible of 50,000 JPY per vehicle immediately after the tour.
Disclaimer
- The company is not liable for injuries, theft, cancellations, or delays unless caused by negligence.
- In case of violation of the agreement or public laws, the user is liable for damages.
- The company may suspend or cancel the tour at any time if necessary.
Use of Personal Data
User data may be used for correspondence, promotions, analytics, and operational improvements. Photos, videos, and audio taken during the tour may be used by the company for promotional purposes.
Safety Instructions
- Only one person per car.
- Follow all Japanese traffic laws.
- Wear a seatbelt.
- Store bags securely; nothing should block pedals.
- Engage the parking brake when stopped.
- Be cautious with strong winds, especially on bridges and near tunnels.
- Keep hands and feet inside the vehicle.
- Avoid wearing loose items like scarves or hats.
- Slow down at corners; no sudden braking or sharp turns.
- Never overtake, chase, or drive hands-free.
- Phone or camera use while driving is prohibited.
- Dangerous driving will result in immediate cancellation of the tour.
- Keep a safe distance and avoid stopping directly behind the guide car.
- If separated, continue safely until the guide waits ahead.
- Stop safely and inform the guide if you see warning lights or hear a buzzer.
